LaJeunesse -- asked whether Kerry people have been buying up -- doesn't commit himself, but says it's very hard to find and very expensive ($200 to $600 on E-bay) for book with "very little literary merit."

I don't understand why Susan Estrich thinks you are smearing someone when all you are doing is playing a tape of someone using their own words? It's not like he didn't know he was being taped. It's not like it wasn't in public. It's not like he isn't an opportunist.

using his own words to smear him..bwaaaahhhaaaaaaa
but he touts his other books, hmmm how do you spell hypocrite?

Is it Junior or his brother Joe who ran or runs the Oil For The Poor scam?
They get oil at low cost or no cost and supposedly sell to the poor at "reduced rates".
Last I saw, a few years ago, a Kennedy took about $500,000.00 in "salary".

From the epilogue of
The New Soldier, written by John Kerry:
We will not quickly join those who march on Veterans' Day waving small flags, calling to memory those thousands who died for the "greater glory of the United States." We will not accept the rhetoric. We will not readily join the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars-in fact, we will find it hard to join anything at all and when we do, we will demand relevancy such as other organizations have recently been unable to provide. We will not take solace from the creation of monuments or the naming of parks after a select few of the thousands of dead Americans and Vietnamese. We will not uphold traditions which decorously memorialize that which was base and grim. It is from these things the New Soldier is asking America to turn. We are asking America to turn from false glory, hollow victory, fabricated foreign threats, fear which threatens us as a nation, shallow pride which feeds off fear, and mostly from the promises which have proven so deceiving these past ten years.

The author of those words must never be President of the United States.
Those words must be read to every voting American (assuming copyright restrictions can be satisfied, of course).

I cannot reference for exact quote from Unfit For Command but loosly; Kerry believed there were no heros returning from Vietnam now that he is running for CIC he's touting himself as the only hero.

She didn't seem so happy about Sinclair running the movie. I thought she was conservative. That was always the impression I got.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
How come it's OK to show the Vote for Change concert or Farenheit 9/11 but not Stolen Valor? Oh that's right, because the libs don't like competition. When faced with a choice, the libs lose.

I really wish Gibson or LeJeunesse had made note of the upside-down American flag on the cover.
