What Kerry is saying is that terrorism is like other "victimless" crimes i.e. prostitution and illegal gambling. That comment is going to bite him bad. What a moron.

Gambling and prostitution might go on, but they don't massacre peoples' loved ones -- people not willingly engaged in the activities. A reduction in prostitution is fine as a policy goal as it can go on and affect only the bodies and souls of those engaged in it.

A reduction in 9/11's is not fine, only elimination is.

This is the guy who's supposed to be smarter than us?!! Puh-LEEZE!
