As of December 31, 2003, the Company owned, provided programming and operating services pursuant to LMAs or provided sales services to 62 television stations in 39 markets. Its television station group is diverse in network affiliation, with 20 stations affiliated with FOX, 19 with The WB, eight with ABC, six with UPN, four with NBC and three with CBS.
