What Kerry does not say there never was a surplus. It was a projected surplus. Then the stock market went south.

That is correct! That means we were overtaxed.

And now he says he's going to roll back to Clinton's tax rate? NO WAY!!

Raise the taxes on the rich? $200K plus holds a lot of small businesses filing as Schedule C sole proprietorships. No thanks.
