No, it's not worse than Debate #1, IMHO. He isn't making every single point I'd like him to mention, but he's mentioning a lot more than in #1, and he's not hemming and hawing as in #1. He's personable and making many more points, not broken-recording like last time.
Bush just mentioned what did Kerry do in 20 years to fix Medicare, that he has no record of leadership.
Kerry then claims he fixed it a few years ago.
