Not only was Bush good. He exceeded all my expectations BIG TIME.
And I am the poster who was ripped by many Freepers for saying Bush lost the first debate! I SAY BUSH WON THIS ONE..IN SPADES.

Bill Cristol: Bush plan: exposing Kerry as a liberal; generally effective. Kerry said he'd not raise taxes on middle class. Kerry went out of his way to say he'd be as tough as Bush on terror; Bush not effectively answering this (the Fox guys are helping Bush with this point - that Kerry voted against Gulf War I).

Yes, she is a true first lady in every sense of the word. I accidently turned to MSNBC right after the debate and heard they were too strong and weren't connecting with the American people. Clicked right off. I thought Bush was great, but no one on TV seems to think so.

I totally agree. when The parting show was on C-Span that showed both their faces in closeup. Bush's face was one of honest happiness. Kerry was wearing the I'm smiling because I have to even though I got my butt whipped face.

Said that ...at the least...Bush held Kerry even.
Which is Wallace's way of saying that many should see that Bush won.
