High premiums? The premiums will still be high -- HIGHER even. Costs certainly won't be reduced by adding gov't bureaucracy. HA! He's an idiot. He just means that he will steal more money from the "rich" to pay for it. If they refuse they'll go to jail. Wanna guess what that will do to the economy? Yeah. Plummet.
