I'm watching the same debate you are. Kerry is spending every second attacking Bush. Bush is trying to defend himself.

Bush should be spending all of his time pointing out that Kerry hasn't answered the questions, pointing out inconsistencies in Kerry's record and calling Kerry on his lies. Bush is not.

Almost the entire first part of the debate was Bush talking about Iraq and Kerry calling him a liar. Bush has been better in the last few minutes.

You don't win a debate defending. You must attack.
