CONTROVERSY HITS ABC NEWS POLITICAL DIRECTOR MARK HALPERIN... EXCLUSIVE DEVELOPING... An internal memo written by ABCNEWS Political Director Mark Halperin admonishes ABC staff during coverage of Democrat Kerry and Republican Bush -- not to 'reflexively and artificially hold both sides 'equally' accountable'...
John Kerry was also a listed speaker for this group. It proclaims itself to be nonpartisan group - but for "progressive" young New Yorkers. And the speakers were overwhelmingly from the Democratic (which means exteme left wing) Party leadership. Mr. Mark Halperin somehow ended up on this list of speakers as well - AFTER he became ABC Political "director".
Here is the O'Reilly program Transcript
Maybe this is why Brit Hume mistakenly said tonight that Mark Halperin is a "good guy".
A leftist makes one truthful statement and he is a "good guy" from then on....one who can be trusted by those on the "other" deluded, right wing extremist, side of things...Ha!
Oh, great...I just reminded myself how much I hate Clinton. Hope I can sleep.
Lamestream media continues to flounder!
It's all over Drudge. It is not going to be ignored.
And how about that debate. President Bush did very, very well tonight. Best part was after the debate when everyone flocked around Bush and Kerry was standing alone. His aids had to come stand next to him so he would not look like some dope a party noone wants to be seen with.
Just emailed ABC News. Suggest all others do the same.
I called ABC News partisan hacks who lack any ethics or honor. Good thing is that since ABC jumped on CBS and Rather...well, turnabout is fair play!
A related subject...I've just looked at the instant polls after the debate. Even Fox says Kerry won, but only because of a push by the DNC (more unethical crap) to flood the polls with Democrat votes. I don't know why the polls are even conducted.
God, I hate Democrats!

Thanks for reporting that. Cut the TV off (where it mostly stays these days) right after the debate ended so did not see that.
It is our problem. . .
Meanwhile pajamahadeen (all volunteers - not paid poll resonders) type away as best they can. One hopes that the valiant hopes and determination of free people will be able to counter the brute thug machine that is now in full gear. If not, we will soon be as the nation of Canada where the people there have given up on trying to fight the corrupt liberal "machine" that controls their government.
Talk with a Canadian. They envy our robust debates and election contests. Theirs are no longer that. They simply have given up like the slaves of the communist and Islamic nations today who do not allow Freedom.
By the way - this President speaks of freedom more than any President in my lifetime.....and I tend to appreciate that appreciation of one of the most valued gifts from God.
Why is no one proposing we boycott the final debate, sponsored by seeBS which has already been exposed?
I remember hearing this in 2000.....yes I do.
"Why have we given George W. Bush such an easy ride when-until now, that is-when actually his qualifications are questionable?"
-Christiane Amanpour on September 13, 2000, at RTNDA2000's Murrow Awards Ceremony
I heard Clintonite Halperin say months ago on the Charley Rose show, "No good news for Bush, no bad news for Kerry." He later posted these remarks on ABC's The Note. He was saying the MSM was going to go to work to re-elect Kerry because none of them wanted Bush as President. There were some other reporters on the program--one was with Time magazine.
Part of his bio on ABC reads, "In 1992, ABCNEWS Political Director Mark Halperin worked full-time as an off-air reporter assigned to travel with the presidential campaign of then Governor Bill Clinton. He covered President-elect Clinton during the transition in Little Rock and Washington and was assigned to White House coverage for the first two years of the Clinton Administration. "

ABC Bio on him.
It's time for the MSM to go away. They serve no purpose anymore.
You are thinking of someone else.
After the ABC Memo was reported by John Cameron, Brit jumped in and said Mark Halprin was a decent guy. Hey, Brit, if Halprin is deliberately rigging the news coverage to favor Kerry he's not a decent guy.
