Illinois is lost, and with Alan Keyes there President Bush is sure to stay as far away as he can get.
Lets hope Illinois is to Kerry what Minnesota was to Mondale.

Illinois is a miniature California. There is this HUGE metropolitan area that makes all the decisions politically while county after county below Cook comes in Republican.

Really? BC04 signs all over Northern Lake County! Here in DuPage County (at least where I travel) I see very few signs for either Bush or Kerry. In my block there are two Bush/Cheney signs. One in front of my house and one in front of my neighbor on the opposite side of the street. Strange.
