Maybe Prince is saying that a lot of Muslims here in the U.S. are very reactionary and don't mind becoming terrorists at the drop of a hat.

I agree. Based on the description, I can't tell if Prince's message is anti-American or anti-Arab.
If he is anti-war, then perhaps he is coming out against the ethnic group which A) crashed the plane into the building and B) blows itself up in the middle of a crowd.
