It's outside the Green Zone (per CNN).
More info; both CNN and FoxNews report a missile (probably an RPG) went past the Palestine and into the Sheraton. Fire appears to be out on the live shots just shown on MSNBC.

The Sheraton isn't on fire, at least not on FNC's coverage. What's burning is a palm tree.

CNN has some good video of tracer fire flying past their reporter's window.
I hope no one was hurt or killed. Has anyone heard anything about injuries or deaths?

The Terrorists are likely to throw the best bunches they can muster this month. Anything to see Bush defeated. They dont want to face Bush for four more years. Most of these terrorists will be dead six months from now.

The Sheraton - isn't that where the 'reporters' live?
Maybe the Free Iraqis have gotten tired of CNN & Friends so-called reporting.

Good thing for palm trees. The initial video looked like the Sheraton itself was hit. FoxNews also reporting gunfire inside the lobby.

Don't know which hotel the CNN crew stays at now (I know it used to bhe the Palestine), but most of the media is at the Sheraton.

Also, it looks like the tracer fire is coming from above the reporter's window. I assume it was from our guys???
