FDR was too afraid to risk his presidency to do what he knew would have been the right thing in taking on Germany earlier. President Bush was aware invading Iraq might risk his re-election chances, but he knew it was the right thing to do, and did it, regardless of the consequences to his own presidency.

The EXACT SAME crowd (or at least type) of people who are against the Iraq War effort. There will always be appease-niks in our presence!
