Well, wouldn't your point be better made then if you used say the Vader force-choking Imperial Admiral Whoever it was scene instead then? You could even throw Osama's head on Grand Admiral Moff (?) too.
Putting Kerry in a good guy uniform leaves, IMO, the wrong impression.
Just a couple of suggestions from someone without photoshop...
