As long as the ACLU keeps interfering on behalf of illegals and they keep getting minority status, preferential treatment, all that to this "civil rights" BS, we can't secure our borders, they won't allow us to even send them back where they came from! Look at the DUI road checks in CA, they wanted them to stop because they were inadvertently catching too many illegals, who were not only here illegally but driving illegally, with no insurance, also illegal!

How does the conservative majority fight the ACLU??? They are the biggest threat to this country, because even if we try to pass laws for securing our borders, they roadblock them.

I would say by removing the incentives for illegal immigration, but realistically that is not going to happen. Our politicians have so throughly trashed the constitution over time that going back is impossible now.

Once you accept that government has a duty to provide medical care, food, shelter, etc. then the argument has already been lost. The ACLU thrives in this kind of environment.
