"...like the CIA used to deal with south american communists."
We needed to do something like that to Hugo Chavez some time ago...

Does anyone know why Horowitz's website followthenetwork.org never materialized?
It seemed like such a good idea when announced, yet they never did anything with it...

These three groups have come up repeatedly in my research into the background of the VVAW. All three are named as Communist front groups in FBI/HUAC/SISS files. The other groups are more recent and I'm not as familiar with some of them, but one I am familiar with is Pax Christi, which is linked to Thomas Gumbleton and Ramsey Clark and their campaign against the UN sanctions against Iraq in the 1990s.
ping!
I think Pax Christi is a group the sanctions busting French Priest, Father Benjamin, was associated with. He was a oil vouchers recipient and pal of Tariq Aziz.
Moon Shadow, Moon Shadow Party Marker
This is a must read, and a keeper for sure.
Shadow party = Communists.
This is so frightening. Ronald Reagan defeated the "evil empire" off our shores, now it is here among us. They must be defeated here as well.
A must read.
I think I remember voicing a suspicion about Benjamin being connected with Pax Christi, but my recollection is I wasn't able to nail down a direct connection, just able to show that he hung around groups in the same network as Pax Christi. If my memory serves me, back around maybe February I did a search on him and Ramsey Clark and I found some sites where they were listed along with hundreds of others in the international peace movement, but nothing more direct than that. I don't doubt he has a connection to Pax Christi, I just wasn't able to find it at that time, possibly because I'm searching in English and some of Benjamin's ties would be in French or Italian. My guess would be both Benjamin and Pax Christi are linked to the World Peace Council in Europe and have mutual contacts there.
Howdy, Bump!
Howdy back at ya bump! :)
What are you doing up at this time of the night, bump.
About to turn in, bump! Good night! :)
Nite nite, bump;-)

Here's the second article in this series if you haven't already seen it:
I didn't find any direct references to Pax Christi on Benjamin's website, but I did find a number of references to Ramsey Clark:
I'm also finding sites listing Benjamin with Clark's Pax Christi associate Thomas Gumbleton:
Benjamin and Gumbleton both show up here on a German website against the Iraq embargo:
Initiative gegen das Irakembargo Deutschland
This site includes a link to Clark's IAC:
Einige Internet-Adressen zum Thema Embargo oder Irak
Many of the same names show up on this British anti-embargo site:
