Thanks.
I may be a little late to say 'suol sday chanam thmei', but thanks again for joining free Republic, there in Cambodia. You DO know Kerry spent a Christmas there one year!
Cheers, expat.
Thanks for watching.

breckgirl stole time by constantly asking to 'go back' one minute. Well, when your biggest weapon is the list of "talking points" you got to make sure you squeeze them in somehow...

It was a slap at conservatism because the concensus is Republicans are against gay marriage. It was like see how hypocritical Republicans are. But it backfired, cause it generated sympathy for Cheney and made Edwards look small and mean. Publically talking about a family's private business; big nono.

"Well, Senator Edward's father learned math by the light of a flickering television - maybe John should have stayed up with his Dad."
Nah, 8pm was past Breck's (er, I mean John's) curfew...

Yes, how stupid can one be admitting that you will raise taxes as priority #1. Stupid Dims! Now excuse me, as I have to go learn math on my t.v.
Cheney kicked ass

Trying to get the John Kennedy factor across with the 2 little kids, but Elizabeth Edwards is no Jackie Kennedy.

**We are at war and tonight Cheney demonstrated that Edwards isn't capable of handling the responsibility. For folks that are looking towards security, Cheney's presence would be reassuring while the combo of Kerry/Edwards creates uncertainty. **
I'm in total agreement with you, Soul Seeker.

Silly debate, imho, but since you brought it up last night, Cheney has a voice of liquid velvet. ;o)

True. If a person were doing a comparison between Kerry and Edwards, Edwards is much more likeable than Kerry. And not hardly as mean.

Wow! what a great debate! I hope you watched it.

I noticed Edwards interrupted Cheney at least twice.

I don't know about Freepers, but the last 100 polls (in 2000) on pollingreport.com had Bush up by ~4.5% on average. I admit the gap was a bit smaller if I limit the sample to November polls (~3.6%).

Yeah, well -- Edwards says "No!"
Don't worry about Massachusetts, he said; no state was ever forced to recognize something from another state.
So, in your state, you're married.
In all other states, you're whoring.
Never move!

That's a HUGE lie. I'm sure that date was seared - seared - into his conscience. That one's way too easy - easier than Kerry and his Christmas Cambodia experience courtest of Nixon.
Can't the Democrats learn how to use a calendar?? Oh, that's right, they're the product of Public School educations.

Oops, the transcript says .com, here is the real .org link:
FactCheck.org Cheney article
Just goes to show that the RATS dont play fair. Parody sites with similar URLs is a slick trick, but rude and discourteous. It also shows that fair play is not a part of their doctrine. After all is said and done, the word Halliburton was used ten times last night. After you go the site Cheney mentioned, you will see that Edwards was full of it.

That law is for gay people. A marriage between a man and a woman is good in all 50 states and the world. I think this law is designed to define marriage. If gay marriages are sanctioned in America, then others will come forward with their preferences and demand that their marriage be recognised. Believe it or not, one man wanted to marry his horse. It can really get out of hand. Can you imagine having to pay high taxes so this mans horse, ie, wife can draw ssi or something? I know it sounds ridiculous but people are ridiculous. Believe me, it wouldn't stop there.

Wow! what a great debate! I hope you watched it. Yeah, I watched it. Like Tony Snow said this morning, the Vice President showed the President how to prepare for a debate.
I sure hope Dubya gets his act together by Friday night.
