Bullies Storm Republican Office A group of protestors caused a commotion Tuesday afternoon at the Bush-Cheney Headquarters at SR436 & the 408. The protestors rushed the front door and Orlando police spokesman, Sgt. Brian Gilliams says what happened 540 WFLA News Byte Bullies at Republican Office Once inside, the protestors used a marker to draw on posters and scribbled remarks. O-P says one employee at the office was slightly injured and police are considering whether to file misdemeanor battery charges against the unidentified protestor. It is believe the intruders were protestor labor policies of the Bush Administration.

This is very disturbing. The left has incited its followers to violence. We are quickly losing our capacity, in this country, to debate and disagree civilly. This is the legacy of the left - don't like the message? Shut down the messenger.
I blame the increasingly antagonistoc rhetoric of the left for the growing polarization of this nation. Many of us hate to consider the prospect of another civil war in this country, but the growing violence of the left is raising that potential. Somewhere, I can't help but envision Terry McAuliffe and John Kerry high-fiving each other over this.
This is serious and the future of our Republic is in serious jeopardy if it continues.

I live in Ohio and had my Bush/Cheney yard sign destroyed today. the local GOP told me this is happening all over the county, suggested I file a police complaint. The officer wasnt to please to be on another such call.

I agree. But I also must add that the media is as complicit in this hatred and vitriol as anybody. Instead of the marginilazation they gave to the "Clinton-haters"....as they even named them such, they give legitimacy to the claims against Bush, as they praise the M. Moore's of the world and engage in similar conspiracies and lies.
In fact, the very acts we've seen by CBS with the forgeries and the Draft make them direct participants in this vitriol as they perpetuate a "by any means necessary" theme that emboldens others.
Where they saw a "vast right-wing conspiracy" when it came to Clinton...they see normallacy when it comes to this hatred for Bush. I'm amazed at the division these people have created as they pretend to be the tolerant, peace-loving party.

I see that you have a picture on your page of soldiers in uniform. Are they part of your family? If so please extend my sincere thanks for their service. Is there an effort to send care packages of comfort items to their unit? When I was in the Army, those small gestures really meant a lot and I think we can never do too much in that area. I would be happy to send them a package of non-perishable food and other items if you freepmail me a list of what they need/like and their unit address.
Forget the MSM mentioning this.
Those of you in states where this occurs, get the word out, We can impact on a local level. It is one thing to see it mentioned about an area you have no connection, but when it's in your own home, well, that can bring the message home. Consider this another element to the grassroots campaign. Make sure the people in your states and cities where this happens are aware of the extremes the Left has adapated. We can bypass the MSM this way.
Those are my boys, the one on the left is in Al Ramadi now, the other was in Iraq last year and is expected to return in the next few months. They are and have been very well taken care of by some wonderful people in the area. I appreciate the offer of carepackages as Im sure my son would.
