While the war continues in the Sunni triangle it is not stopping the progress being made in rebuilding Iraq's infrastructure. The following articles display how we are slowly securing the Iraqi borders and aiding farmers in improving crop yields that have been poor for years.
Iraqi border forts strengthen security
Baghdad, Iraq Iraqs Department of Border Enforcement is beefing up its border defenses with a plan to build or reconstruct more than 300 border forts. Included in the plan is the construction of a command and control structure including 12 brigade headquarters, four sector headquarters, and the national headquarters in Baghdad.

One thing about it. The MSM will keep us informed as to how many soldiers have been killed in Iraq.
Yep that's the main point of my blog. I'm trying to get people to see that although things aren't perfect, we are making progress and Iraq is not falling apart like Kerry would have everyone believe.
