Did John Ed/(Back)wards really utter these words? He is trying sooooo hard to look like a potential V.P. or even potential President-in-crisis. Or were those words, in a haunting shrill voice, pronounced by someone in the back wings who was mischievously manipulating a marionette?

My wife and in-laws are all democrates. They are all voting for Bush. My wife just dropped a bomb a few minutes ago. Her best friend, a very dedicated lib from the Raleigh area, dislikes Kerry more than Bush and has stated she will be voting for Bush.

Funny...I think anyone who votes for a self-confessed war criminal who turned on the US military and gave aid and comfort to the enemy, who has the most liberal voting record in the Senate (when he shows up, has never accomplished anything but marrying two rich heiresses, and who has the personality of of a dork must be certifiably crazy or mentally inferior.
Now that is what I have been hearing quite a bit around the country. That really makes me scratch my head about some of this polls that I see showing Kerry breaking even in the polls.
Shades of the former USSR. Dissidents were classed as "insane" and thrown into mental hospitals.

As Bush's poll numbers start to flirt with the 50% number the RATS not only need all the undecided and all the Nader voters the RATS need to actually take votes from the President.
Expect way more negative campaigning.
