If Roger Friedman hates it, then it's a must-see in my book.
So Im confused, is this movie suppose to be making fun of the war on terror, or supporting it??? I watch South Park occasionally and have found that they seem to take jabs quite a bit at the left or liberal way of thinking. What do you all think?
Anything that PO's Baldwin and his ilk, I'm all for it!
If they're mocking Alec Baldwin, I'm in. I work with engineers, I don't care about language.
Hey, terrorists..terrorize this!
"South Park" is politically incorrect. I guess "Team America" follows in the tradition. No wonder the libs aren't laughing.
Count me in, Matt and Trey really know how to skewer the left.
The trailer actually looks pretty funny, regardless of politics. Don't think I'd see it in the theater, but probably a rental.
They apparently take jabs at Bush and the WOT, but it's mostly a parody of Jerry Bruckheimer films with the usual Matt & Trey skewering of the pompous Hollywood left.
I'll try to see it later today, or maybe tomorrow and report back.
I thought I heard that Alec Baldwin actually does his own voice in the movie.
This is a hilarious review. I've got to see it.
YOU'RE ALL A BUNCHA PUNKS! PUNKSPUNKSPUNKS! ONLY PUNKS LIKE THIS STUFF! NOT ***TRUE CONSERVATIVE PATRIOTS*** LIKE MEEEE! ***TRUE CONSERVATIVE PATRIOTS*** HATE ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH SOUTH PARK!! I HATE SOUTH PARK, THUS I AM A ***TRUE CONSERVATIVE PATRIOT***!! I LOVE FREEDOM AND SO ANYONE WHO LIKES IT SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY EXILED TO AN ISLAND SO THE REST OF US ***TRUE CONSERVATIVE PATRIOTS*** CAN ENJOY OURSELVES!!! < /OldCracker >
Where can I buy this movie!?
We so rarely go to movies, the cost, babysitter, etc
We will be going to this one. I can't wait. And new SP episodes start on the 27th.
From the story:
>> writers were shown only a 20-minute reel of highlights because there was no finished print. <<
They must be tweaking it up to the last minute, as to include the current events. They are good about that. They've got fast turn around times on current topics.
For the South Park ping list?
They blow up Paris.
Irritate the actors who promised to move when Bush was elected.
Should be great.
Parker and Stone lean Libertarian/Republican according to Drudge.
Too funny and sadly, too true!
And if it isn't that good, I can always go see 'Friday Night Lights'
