The Action Item I purchased on Congress.Org reads as follows:
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty
|
Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:
Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.
Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.
Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.
As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.
Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.

Even if a valid ID was required by law, many judges of elections would ignore it. I don't remember where I read it, but that happened back in 2000 a lot.
The Dems are determined to steal this election if they can't win it fair and square. And what's scary is they might succeed.
Thanks for the info.

Done, and I will crosslink it:
Click the picture & goto "last" for the latest on Vote Fraud:
-- we all need to be clear about the danger this issue poses-- this is the October Surprise from the Left, and they are not even being subtle about it- why should they, with the compliant media, news & entertainment divisions, on their side.
Besides the obvious goal of throwing the election to Kerry, if that fails, the results will be so contested, so dubious, that President Bush will be vulnerable to all sorts of attacks and stigma- even impeachment.

I sent a letter to 3 representatives, 2 Republicans and 1 moderate Democrat. Hope it brings results. The Democrats are bound and determined to steal this election and the door was opened for them in 2000. Thanks, ALGORE

my wife and re-registered to vote on the boardwalk in Belmar NJ. This was over a month ago. we hadn't recieved anything telling us where or when to vote, we called the county clerk and our names were not on the list to vote. I beleive we were duped and our names were forms were never turned in, could this be a ploy by the Dims ? we were able to register yesterday at our post office, but I am concerned.

Ah, Vote fraud. Our old enemy has returned to the majority-leftist precincts it has always resided in the past.
In Ohio, in Florida...God knows where else this year.
Just another one of the 592 ways in which the U.S. is quickly becoming Mexico under the PRI.

Here is something interesting. I was half asleep last night and I had MTV on in the background. I heard some dribble about this Rock for Choice, or some other liberal whiner concert. Their object: REGISTER VOTERS. Wonder if they are perpetuating voter fraud...hmm? But, since they are doing it, that is okay.
Seriously, this needs to be closely watched!

Vote Fraud alert # 25 - bump.
Say do these actually get "bumpted" back to the top now - do they only display the title of the thread and put it on the side and no bttt works any more?
