It's not just one poll. Already today the Pew post-debate poll came out with W maintaining his 5 point lead. And the Rasmussen rolling poll of 3000 voters is now an all post-debate sample and still has W ahead by 49 - 46. Bottom line, the alleged Kerry bounce was an MSM hoax.

This weekend NEWSWEEK and Gallop/USA/CNN came out and we had to spend all weekend fighting hysteria. I have to read the internals myself, but judging on the comments I've already seen by the people who kept their heads this weekend, I'm inclined to believe the internals are going to support the theory the MSM jerked a lot of Freeper's chains this weekend.
If these polls hold up to scrutiny, my position that it was more or less a tie, Kerry-Style Bush-Substance, slight edge to Bush over long term because he has Kerry's words to hang him with, is going to prove fairly accurate.
