While I am not looking forward to winter - cold weather does have some redeeming qualities........the first frost means the end of mosquitos and the beginning of the end of flies and fleas. Of course it means more crickets, but at least they don't bite!!!
We've already disposed of more than one mouse, so I know for a fact that summer is very over.
The mosquitos were nasty this year .. I'm surprised I didn't get the West Nile Virus
I don't mind winter so much .. it's just that it is sooooooooo long
