It's called Bandwidth...Some get it right away, the closer you are to the info, others like me are farther away and more traffic in between will slow the packets of data...

Go to the
NOAA Weather Radar web site for Portland and you can see the eruption on the weather radar just South East of Portland. It shows a slight drift to the South and East (away from Portland) so far.
