This guy is such a FAKE!A very good retired Army Col. (sniper) friend of mine who took rocket shrapnel in the ass in Nam told me, he'd never flinch in a head shot to the Traitor. Col. Peters hates the Traitor's guts!

He's probably not saluting... Just repositioning the botox.
To: OXENinFLA
I've never been in the military either...that is one SLOPPY salute. Even sloppier than the one he did at the convention.

Unless they've changed the regulation in the last 15 or so years, it is permissible to salute with your left hand if you are carrying something in your right hand (cheat notes, PDA, money to pay off the moderator).
However Kerry was in the Navy, and in the Navy you do not salute uncovered (without a hat) or indoors.

That's his left hand alright. No pocket on the right chest and shirt cuff in the correct direction.
Nope, he's just a jackass.

Liberal diamond encrusted rose colored glasses. He is searching for another metrosexual for a tryst. I swear Kerry must have some sugar in his blood. He presents a very feminine image in public. Bush/Cheney 2004

Flip it or not, turn it upside down and backwards, unless his nose, eyes, feet and arms are rearranged the left side of his body is still left. For all I know he is shielding his eyes from light and not a salute but it is his left hand.

Well, as it happens. I saw a thing on TV last night that showed AGAIN the convention salute...and he was wearing a WHITE shirt, not a blue one like in this photo. So I stand corrected. This is obviously from a different occasion.
