If Kerry used notes it would indicate why he had such good replys.

Yawnnnnnnn. I don't care if he cheated or not. It's a non issue and it's nit pickin'. Kerry has far more serious flaws than this.

Using notes for the debate is not allowed, as in a violation of the rules. If that was the case then Bush was just as guilty because he looked down at his notes many times to trigger an answer. It looked like to me that he had about a half dozen 'pre-approved' replies and he would use the one that came closest to matching a question, failing that, he just stood there like a deer caught in headlights.
