Sounds like my kinda place, although I would prefer it if the parents encouraged the kids to take the initiative to educate themselves instead of a job at the local mill.

the process feeds off itself..
the high school is over 60 years old. no AC or anything and the when I moved, the water pipes had lead in them. they couldnt remove them because they district was estentially broke.
The state wouldnt help them out and the locals wouldnt either. i am assuming they figured something out, but i moved and I dont know....and I dont care....
you dont want to move there, I promise. oh yeah, and the KKK has an EXTREMELY large prescence in the area...
