I went through a frightening experience today, and it is amazing that some posters are quibbling over a word I used.

A building CAN be attacked...
A hill CAN be attacked...
A village CAN be attacked..
Physical sites CAN be attacked, regardless of their being occupied by animate objects.....

And there is NOTHING metaphorical involved..
