Kerry's Big Debate Gaffe
The American Spectator ^ | 10/1/04 | Wlady Pleszczynski

[Kerry] produced the verbal gaffe of the evening, referring to the KGB headquarters as being located on Treblinka Square. What kind of empty suit would mistake the Nazi death camp for the Lubianka.

The point is, he may have gone to the KGB archives to pull incriminating files about himself! (Just as Sandy Berger went to our Nat'l Archives to pull documents--whether they were revealing about Clinton or Kerry, nobody knows.)

He could have gone to pull files on Clinton, too. Remember Clinton went behind the Iron Curtain when he was supposed to be attending school at Oxford (another blown-out-of-proportion story) and was involved in anti-American activities. I read recently, on World Net Daily that the reason Gore really didn't run this time was because of Kerry and some stuff Kerry had on him.... this man is ruthless and not to be trusted.

Here's another: his comment on POTUS cutting funding for Fire and Police -- someone just called the Larry King Show and asked John Walsh what he thought of that. He told her it's not true that the President has bent over backwards to give Police all the support they need and to help John Walsh everytime he's asked for something. He told Larry he thinks the world of POTUS.

He'd probably make a great Used Car Salesman.

I believe you have given the most succinct description of sKerry I've read. The all-glitz and no substance plays well to that portion of the population who look to Hollywood or rock stars to provide guidance on how they should think, because "it's fashionable" to think that way.

Exactly. Why would anyone look to Streisand, Springsteen or Dixie Chicks to tell them who to vote for??? Money and talent do not necessarily equate to knowledge.
