"Get ready for it..."
Jawohl!! Whenever I am bibled at, I normally wait till the bibler has to pause to catch the breath and swallow the saliva, then I stare the bibler in the eye and slowly say "not a cent". It has worked every time, with all sizes and flavors, Christian or not. Thus it could serve as the 11th (or the first and only) reason.

Well, I don't believe that you get saved and then you can go out and commit mass murder or run a child porn ring, and you're still going right to heaven.
Being saved involves a response on your part too. You don't marry a man who loves you and then go right out and start cuckolding him. And you don't do the same to Him.

I trust God, much more than I would ever trust someone else's version or opinion or theology of what is God's writing or what is God's will.
Perhaps earnest prayer might help you come closer to God?
Faith in God is logical to me.
Faith in the latest modern version of the second hand squared tale of what God might possibly have said to any single individual man, transcribed from and into another language by a cultist barbarian priest type fanatic,1000s of years ago, is not what I would call a reasonably reliable source.
But whatever trips your trigger!
God will judge you in the ultimate final judgment.
As he will everyone, IMHO.
You might want to spend a few minutes reviewing and heeding those parts of what you consider God's scripture pertaining to self-rightuosness.
It won't hurt and you may find some badly needed inner peace there.

The only commensurate experience I have had personally
was a 'bag lady' type on a college campus who shoehorned
me outside of a Chemistry lab and asked if I wanted to
discuss "revolutionary policies."
I got rid of her by telling her I thought David Stockman was a genius.
OTOH, I once heard of a physics prof who received an
answer to an exam question that said "God only knows."
So they wrote in red next to the question, "God passes. You fail!"

Perhaps you forgot to read Jesus' parable of the wheat and the tares...
or the quote
"Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father..."
or in other words, CBS's forged documents discredit Dan Rather but do not annul the National Guard.
Maybe you should try this post on DU to goad them into
accepting you before you post conventional pro-Repubbie-
type information to them...
As St. Paul said, "I have become all things to all men that
I may by all means save some."
The same principles may apply in political life as well!
