ENTIRE ELECTION IN JEOPARDY FOR KERRY (Barf Alert! So bad that it is funny!)

FOX News To Control Camera Coverage For Entire Press During First Debate And Saying They Will Not Follow Guidelines Agreed To By Candidates

by Samuel A. Stanson

It's truly hard to imagine.

We've warned again and again that, above all else, the Kerry campaign had to guard against FOX News getting its hands on the debates. We told you the Bush team would work any angle possible to get FOX involved, and that if the Kerry campaign allowed this, we've warned for months now, they would lose the election. All seemed safe, as the moderators and hosts for the agreed to debates did not include FOX in any way, and it seemed unthinkable the Kerry campaign would allow FOX into the mix.

But now we learn, as reported by CNN, FOX News will be entirely in control of the camera coverage for the entire media during the most important of the debates, the very first one scheduled for Thursday night.

If the Kerry camp allows this, they will likely lose the election.

The images broadcast during a debate are arguably more important than what is said. And by being by chosen to man the pool camera for the first debate, FOX News will have entire control over what America sees and how they see it.

And, as if there were any question, FOX News is making clear they will take every opportunity to catch Kerry sweating or with a weird face when he isn't talking or anything unflattering anytime - even against the negotiated rules agreed to by the candidates.

As CNN reports: "Because of journalistic standards, we're not going to follow outside restrictions," said Paul Schur, a spokesman for Fox News, which is manning the pool camera for the first debate Thursday in Miami, Florida."

If FOX mans the cameras, as is planned, whenever Kerry is making a good point, they will cut away to a distracting shot so the point gets lost, and if Bush is sounding bad, they will cut to an unflattering shot of John or something to distract in the audience. And then they will give Bush nice, tight, undistracted focus when they want to make him seem strong.

Hear this now: contact anyone and everyone you can and make it clear that is this is not thwarted in the next day, if FOX News, a known, undeniable member of the Bush campaign, is allowed to control the pool camera - the camera the rest of the media will have to feed from - Kerry will lose the election. It is the equivalent of letting Karl Rove or Dick Cheney control the camera coverage for the debate.

We do not know yet how this was arranged - it is possible the Kerry campaign is not aware of this yet - but it must be changed.

Oh please. Kerry's going to lose because his leftist views are out of step with the majority of Americans, and it won't depend on his on air appearance in the debates. Man, these Dems are really drinking alot of Kool-Aid these days. I knew they were getting hysterical over the upcoming Kerry loss, but this sort of paranoia is ridiculous even for them. ModerateIndependent.com is what this group calls themselves. Of course we all know their real name should be GutlessLiberal.com because moderates don't have the courage to admit they're liberals.

I just spent the last half hour reading the posts on the site. Typical liberal bullshit. Saying you are a moderate and all along being to blind to the fact that you are so far to the left. I guess Bernie Goldberg was right.

"Moderate Independent"?

... Say, do you think they're trying to *trick* us into believing that they're middle-of-the-road types, but in fact, they're really paranoiac liberal anarchists?

Mr. AustinAero is over at the DU site,,,and he keeps bending over in laughter,,,

get this,,,the DU's are circulating a rumor (I am not kidding) that BUSH is refusing to take a current physical and they want to know why,,,is he ill? GAWD.

PLUS-they are slamming CNN for being too partisan and CBS for being "cowardly"

Honestly, I am not making this up.

There are hilariously stupid posts going on over there. I couldn't understand why he would keep checking it out,,but they are truly funny,,,in a sad way.

.
Listen to the debate on the radio - no camera. And Kerry will still lose.

Check out the John F. Kerry Timeline.

And an easy to read chart of what the media was saying pre-911 (and after): Connect the Dots...Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden
.

I am glad that some of you also found the humor in it. They are really losing it. My favorite part is this one:

Kerry will lose the election. It is the equivalent of letting Karl Rove or Dick Cheney control the camera coverage for the debate.

I wish I knew how to photo shop an image of Dick Cheney behind a FOX News camera! That would be hilarious.

"There is even more comfort in thinking about all the sophomoric pranks they could play with the sound track..."

Won't need it. Somebody slipped a 'whoopee' cushion under the carpet where Kerry will be standing.

Kerry doesn't need any assistance in looking or sounding stupid. The one and only thing that he is perfectly capable of is looking and sounding stupid all on his own.

"I actually voted FOR the $87 billion, before I voted against it"

Is it true that the major stock holder of Waffle House is John F. Kerry?

It's extremely early in the debate and Kerry is already on a totally different astro plane from the rest of the general public. This had nothing to do with Fox.

In other words, according to Mr. Stanson, the camera will never cut away from either one while he is talking... because Kerry has yet to make a good point, and Bush has yet to sound bad. As for an unflattering shot of Kerry--isn't that just about any shot of him?
