You Have To See It To Believe It!
September 21, 2004 Watch the video!
NBC'S TIM RUSSERT: "You said this about Howard Dean, and this is, I think, at the core of your candidacy against Howard Dean. '...those who believe we are not safer with [Saddam Hussein's] capture don't have the judgment to be President - or the credibility to be elected President.' As we speak this Sunday morning, Senator, do you believe that Howard Dean does not have the judgment to be president or the credibility to be elected president?"
SEN. KERRY: "I think the judgment of a nominee who doesn't understand that having Saddam Hussein captured will make it extraordinarily difficult to be able to beat an incumbent wartime president who captured Saddam Hussein. And let me tell you why, Tim. Saddam Hussein took us to war once before. In that war, young Americans were killed. He went to war in order to take over the oil fields. It wasn't just an invasion of Kuwait. He was heading for the oil fields of Saudi Arabia. And that would have had a profound effect on the security of the United States. This is a man who has used weapons of mass destruction, unlike other people on this Earth today, not only against other people but against his own people. This is a man who tried to assassinate a former president of the United States, a man who lobbed 36 missiles into Israel in order to destabilize the Middle East, a man who is so capable of miscalculation that he even brought this war on himself. This is a man who, if he was left uncaptured, would have continued to be able to organize the Ba'athists. He would have continued to terrorize the people, just in their minds, because of 30 years of terror in Iraq." (NBC's "Meet The Press," 1/11/04) KerryVision Archive
I couldn't find a link to this video in here on FR. Just make sure you have this in your mind as you listen to John Kerry in the first debate (tomorrow). Common sense has to tell you that there is absolutely no way Americans would elect a man this vapid... especially during this very dangerous time.
I wish the President were allowed to bring a projecter to the debate and instead of answering John Kerry, he could just play clips of Kerry rebutting himself.
bttt to watch later
bump
He has to be toast!
Right!!??! We aren't this stupid... Are we? Why are polls even close?
bookmarked
bttt
This coming from the Democratic nominee, who says the USA goes to war over oil and leads the masses to believe that our security isn't tied to petroleum? Who da thunk it?
I would love to see Bush use Kerry's exact wording in the debate to explain why we needed to go to war with Iraq.
Kerry's response would be priceless. It could be worthy of the final campaign ad.

Oh... that would be great... Use his exact words, just set the ultimate trap.
I can see it now... Kerry starts to say that Bush is again misleading... and Bush interrupts and says, "Excuse me, Senator... I was reading your own words just then."
A Flip Flopping Senator going down in flames... ...priceless
Can anyone splice lyrics from Chris Isaak's "Baby did a Bad Bad Thing?" (legally) This is such great Kerry song. "Kerry did a bad bad thing..., you finally know just how low, low, low he'll go, I feel like cryin'..." Change a few lyrics. Listen to it... you will understand it. This for every vet out there!
Lord, I pray, don't let our great country be DUped by this pityfull excuse of a man.
And what will he say tomorrow? I'll tell you... watch the debate. He will be arguing the exact opposite.
I know. I can't figure out why Bush doesn't have a 30% lead. Clearly, most of Kerry's supporters have their heads buried in the sand.
"...He will be arguing the exact opposite."
But, he will change yet again and again. He has no substance except to be contrary. It's the same old problem with liberal thinking; not really making a point, just being contrary. Even if they agreed with the decisions of a conservative(like the libs did immediately following 9-11)they would be contrary, as they have caused the great divide that Dubya mended at ground zero to reappear. It's a matter of maturity, or lack thereof.
The video doesn't play, just buffers, gets to about 51% then buffers from 1% again. But, then again, I'm on dialup.
Just tested it again... Plays pretty much instantly. (i'm on dsl)
And what is with that tongue anyway. I sure hope he flicks that tongue all night tomorrow. That is really disgusting.
