If it was private property, then they would be expected to get PERMISSION to distribute flyers first. You're right, of course. But the point I'm making is that COSTCO can selectively give permission to some groups and deny it to others.

If it's a CA CostCo, I believe there is case law that says otherwise under the CA constitution.

and that is thier right...As much as it seems cruel, the fliers could be passed out in another location. Which I am sure they did
