This is flat out scarey. Kerry or any other President doesn't have a right to tell my kids they have to volunteer -- that is not his place -- it is their choice!
The more I read what Kerry wants, the more I am reminded of a Communist dictator! :(

Exactly how I have always thought of him personally, but I see his plan as mixture Nazi/Communist propaganda and indoctrination.

Webster defines voluntary as: proceeding from the will or from one's own choice or consent
It is not voluntary if someone compels you to do it.
