I would guess, that things which WE would support will happen later...like after Nov. 2...?

I think we need news of the military being either onside with the students, or divided at least.
The Army still has confidence in the mullahs, evidently.
I wish it were otherwise.
"Kerry to demand freedom fighting insurgents be stopped."
Kerry will frown everytime things look positive.
This hasn't been reported on CBS news, so it must be true.
I would be willing to bet that Iraq has sent people into Iran as a pay back for the Terrorists Iran has sent to Iraq.
Darn that GW! How dare he de-stabilize the Middle-East? There would be peace in Iran if we weren't next door, upsetting things. (do I have to mention sarc/?)
What's "not happening"? No riots whatsoever? How do you know? Just "trust you"? That no violence is occurring?
Your contributions to this thread make no sense.
God bless the true Iranian freedom-loving patriots and may we not only pray for them, but send the Bs a buzzin...
There is another, less breathless and more credible report of demonstrations in Iran available through the VOA.

Just the restlessness of a bullied populace, or the begining of a revolution? Unfortunately, the mullahs still draw the smart money.
ok then....
they make sense to me.....
they seem to make sense to others.....
As much as I want to believe these reports of all the turmoil in Iran, I don't. Until and unless there is independent reporting of some kind verifying it, I'm inclined to think it's a bunch of BS.
Lets hope the brave Iranian people are able to do what must be done this time. We pray for victory!
very possibly....
"Darn that GW! How dare he de-stabilize the Middle-East? There would be peace in Iran if we weren't next door, upsetting things."
If we followed the SKERRY doctrine through out the past 14 years, Saddam would still be president and Kuwait would be no more.
I'm going to make a leap and guess that we are generally right...that what "Mike" is suggesting is that the timing for an uprising in Iran is premature...but there is nothing wrong with some early quakes, Mt. St. Helens style...there is no problem with indications of movement of lava...so that when "go" time comes around, things are "hot"...
Well, that makes sense. One thing I love about this president is his firm decision making. He was very clear on O'Reilly's show the other night that we would NOT permit Iran to make a nuke...
...so the gauntlet has been thrown down...
