...so they can put them on when Garagos does his summation..and yell " WE HAVE A VERDICT !!! ..WE AINT BUYING ANY MORE FLIM FLAM !!

Peterson Trial, Defense Launches Major New Assault
REDWOOD CITY — In the Scott Peterson murder trial, the defense is launching a major new assault, blasting away at the prosecution on every front.
The defense spent hours Monday attacking key points in the prosecution's case. Meanwhile, prosecutors made a big deal out of a camera stumble.
The on camera stumble that the prosecutors are referring to is from an interview with Peterson on ABC News' Good Morning America. Peterson referred to Laci in the past tense and then corrected himself. He said, "Laci was amazing, is amazing."
The jury learned Scott Peterson wasn't the only person who referred to his wife in the past tense after her disappearance. So did other relatives including her mother on Good Morning America.
Yesterday, the defense also revealed Laci's mother told police Laci did indeed plan to walk her golden retriever the day she was reported missing. Striking a blow to the prosecution theory that she was too weak in her late pregnancy to walk at all. The defense even showed the jury video of a steep staircase Laci climbed to attend a yoga class just four days before her disappearance.
Yeah good point. The Jury is getting antsy and they are totally BORED with Geragos. I doubt some of them are even listening to him. A couple of the Jurors yesterday, had their eyes closed according to Beth.!! But sadly, I heard Beth say, that Geragos will likely take the rest of today with Grogan. I hope the Jury HATES him as much as his client. I also have no doubt that a number of the Jury probably saw and heard Geragos BEFORE he was hired, state, "Any Prosecutor in the Country could convict this guy" and "If he did it he's a Psychopath"!! I saw BOTH those programs and heard Geragos with my very own ears.

I really wanted to follow this trial better than I have (although I read news about it daily). Do you know anywhere the transcripts are available ... free?
I always cringe when I hear one of the talking heads say what a great attorney Geragos is. He gets a lot of high profile cases ... but there is NOT ONE that he hasn't bungled in a MAJOR way in my opinion.

lol....works for me. I'll add that Geragos loves the sound of his own voice, and all the good press he gets for acting like a buffoon...

Good day, CO. Do you remember during jury selection that at least one excused juror said Scott "creeped her out" when he entered the courtroom and greeted the potential jurors? I also remember reports that the jury was laughing at his lies-and reacted negatively to the videos they saw of media interviews. Plus they have the advantage of observing him in court. I don't think it will be at all difficult for these jurors to believe he is capable of murder..I think the prosecution should (in closings) show media shots of the search/vigil/etc for Laci. Then do a voice over of him telling Amber about Paris, Brussels, etc. recorded in that time frame. That would bring it home.
We men, we cut each other and we bleed !!!!Who cut him ? lol Watching CTV and they are analyzing Snott's words...Like Scott is speaking out for all mankind.>>WE MEN....and they were discussing his body language as he looks down and to the side whenever he lies. When you know his statement IS a lie you can see his methodology. Of course he does the same when asked if he killed Laci.

Oh wouldn't it be too hilarious if the jury did that?! And all together they would say to Geragos: "When you thought we were laughing at your jokes, we were really laughing at your face!"

I'll tell you what Annie, even Chris Pixley said on Catherine Crier today that it is NOT looking very good for Scott. Also on Nancy's show, the odd defense attorney will offer up some weak statement about the Prosecution hasn't proved BRD. I have to say nonsense. Many of the Defense attnys are starting to concede that it looks really bad for him.
