This woman's poor daughter already lost her dad. Now her mom is off campaigning for Kedwards (and seeking attention for herself, because, dontcha know, it's all about her) with all of her free time (subsidized by us, of course) instead of being a parent.

Yours above caught my attention due some back-brain burning thoughts I had coming out of sleep this morning. First, it is obvious that if the US doesn't destroy the insurgents, Breitwiser's daughter more than likely will not have a future. That Breitwiser suggests that the US is weak, and that the Jihadists are stronger, therefore, there will be payback -- speaks clearly of Breitwiser's despicable, personal own cowardice.

I've read all of Barbara Kingsolver's books. She writes BEAUTIFULLY. COMPELLINGLY. But she and Breitwiser really do share a common theme -- not really giving an object damned about their own children's future. Kingsolver is more concerned with saving the "environment" in order that her own children can frolick one day. Brietwiser is more concerned that destroying bullies who murdered innocents -- might bring payback.

In both cases, both women assert a belief in some twisted "higher power"; but not a single one of these women can imagine a positive future for their own children. Despite life's setbacks.

I wonder how such horrid negativity affects their children. Strong, able Children are raised by Strong Parents with a firm belief in something higher than environmental disasters, and paybacks from bullies.

Unless I am mistaken, Breitweiser belongs to September 11 Families for Peaceful Tomorrows which is a left-wing group sponsored by the Tides Foundation. Their website has links to a number of whacko left-wing organizations.

They are not looking for those widows. I can't believe the number of Bush/Cheney signs at are appearing in my neighborhood - the area that claimed a majority of the victims.

When her boy John Kerry gets elected and makes nice with Kofi Annan and with the terrorists, Ms. Breitweiser will only have a few years before the Muslim terrorists come here and make 911 look like a Sunday picnic outing. This foolish woman is voting for her own death and the death of her child. What an idiot. She should be spitting all over 911 enabler Bill Clinton, the man that left America unprotected and killed her husband!!!

Not Breitweiser, someone named Monica.

I was referring to one his camp followers who said he would be less aggressive and more sensitive when dealing with terrorist organizations. Her name was Monica and she was totally inept at answering any questions put to her. But the host, Steve Malzberg was very careful not to be rude to her.

Before Sept. 11, 2001, all Kristen Breitweiser wanted in the way of worldly responsibility was to tend to her garden and care for her infant daughter, Caroline.

Kristen, that's all about 3000 people wanted before September 11th. Allowing herself to be used by the Kerry campaign dishonors her husband.

Like all Americans I'm sorry Mrs. Breitweiser lost her husband on 9/11. We're all sad anytime any American loses their life for whatever reason. That does not give Mrs.Breitweiser, the Dems, AND Big Media the right to use her for political gains. In fact the whole "9/11 widows" thing is despicable. There are many Americans who've lost loved ones in war or terrorist attacks over the years. Only a few like Mrs. Breitweiser have chosen to seek publicity for their tragic losses. That gives them no right to try to dictate foreign policy due to their loss, sad as it is. The Dems and Big Media (many times the same thing) should be harshly damned for doing this.

Now, at last, KRISTEN BREITWEISER'S maiden name....WINTERSTELLA

Graduates should arrive by 11:15am in order to line up before the graduation ceremony.

The graduation speaker will be Kristen Winterstella Breitweiser. Kristen is a 1996 Seton Hall Law School alum.  She is a co-founder and co-chairperson of the September 11th Advocates and also a founding member of the Family Steering Committee for the 9/11 Independent Commission.

[The following is from a linked PDF file with Breitweiser's bio, that is on the same web page as the info right above.]

Breitweiser enrolled in Seton Hall Law School immediately after graduating with honors with a
Bachelor of Arts in English at RUTGERS University in 1993. Following graduation, Breitweiser
held a STATE CLERKSHIP with Honorary IRA E. KREIZMAN, Monmouth County. She then worked
briefly for a Monmouth County law firm that concentrated in family law.

I've read all of Barbara Kingsolver's books.....

When I read some quotes attributed to Kingsolver after 9/11 I vowed never to read her.

"[she] overcame her jitters about public speaking to become a blunt instrument of attack against a president she once supported."

It's become a game of "Where's Waldo" with the Democrat media, only we call it "Spot The Obvious Lie".

Kristen Breitweiser was born with a donkey tattooed on her *ss:

...Though her father, John L. Winterstella, got involved in local government when she was a toddler and has been the town's mayor [of Manasquan] since 1984 [up until 2004], it would be a mistake to assume his daughter inherited his civic-mindedness; too many interrupted family events over the years had soured Kristen on politics and government. After graduating from Rutgers, she earned a B average and a law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1996, with an eye toward doing criminal work...

Kristen Breitweiser, yellow dog Democrat, never "supported" Bush for one second of her pathetic Demi-loving life.

What I want to know is if her spouse didn't evaporate in the collapse, would she drag his corpse around until it started falling apart as a prop for her attention needs?

Understandable. Her books are very well written; her premises are skewed. But her political opinions are truly naiive, and vindictive.

Sorry....I see from a thread you started two weeks ago, that you knew her maiden name.

LiberalBassTurds gives Breitweiser's maiden name in reply #13.

This woman is maiden named Winterstella. She grew up as the mayor's daughter in Manasquan, NJ. In that small town that's almost royalty.

Breitweiser to daughter: 'Pick up daddy's arm, dear - I can't get it while I'm holding his head and foot.'
