Lookie here.
I was wrong about the NYT being connected with anthrax leaks. It's worse. Much worse.

Why is Judith Miller's name mentioned in this article? They only seem to refer to what Shenon did, but nothing about Miller.

I say build a giant gallows out in front of the New York Times building, and march their employees out 10 at a time. Anybody that would collect a paycheck from that organization is a traitor.

Folks need to awaken to the fact that the MSM holds hands with anyone that is anti American. The MSM has an agenda along with the Democrats to put us under the UN.

Here's his pic:
Apparently he's a regular contributor on PBS.
ANOTHER REASON TO STOP FUNDING PBS ENTIRELY.

The farther down I read this thread, the higher my BP rose.
Possible punishments should include:
- Dirt nap for the reporter;
- Seizure of all NYT assets;
- Public arrest of NYT correspondent at the next White House Press Conference;
- Reinstatement of the Sedition Act.
Realistically-expected punishments include:

Nothing will happen. From Berger to Gorlick, Americans are screwed by an administration
that does NOTHING about (except encourage) treason.

"It has been conclusively established that Global Relief Foundation learned of the search from reporter Philip Shenon of The New York Times," Fitzgerald said in an Aug. 7, 2002, letter to the Times' legal department. And who told Phil baby?

The Times last night flatly denied the allegation. Then they should have no objection to turning over the phone records. They should be assisting in the war on terror instead of obstructing it.
By attempting to block the subpoena, the NY Times should be considered guilty until proven innocent. Their denial in the face of obstruction of justice rings hollow indeed.
The people of New York need to realize that their newspaper of record is a front for Al Queida. When they look at the empty skyline they should remember who is attempting to protect those who did this to us.

Philip Shenon.
Remember that name.

I wan't to know who in the criminal justice system told the reporter about the imminent raid.
