Flip flop for Bush: Opens debate with this announcement. There are 2 bills in Congress, submited by RATS which I was considering requesting that they pull them. How ever I will flip-flop and not do so. (Betcha kerrycRAT would rathe b.J. 40 miles of VC than hear something like this.)
