Just felt a quake here in the Fresno area...
I belong to the underground wing of the freepers, the "underwearers" - it rivals the pajamahadeens in size, especially during the summer months.
re Cal Poly...someone from Cal Poly called the radio station and reported that..so hope all is well there.
Barely felt something in Dublin, CA (about 10-15 mi. east of SF Bay).
Please, what is the link for your chart? Thanks.
Is "Seismo-Mom" still popping up on TV every time there's a shaker?
I wanna say Kate Hudson, but I know that's not her name.
These seem to be tapering off now. But there are still aftershocks a couple of times a minute.
Your very welcome, I told my boss today, if I had plenty of money I would quit my job and drive to Florida to help with clean up. Know that you all are in all of our prayers. It puts things into prospective. God Bless you all in Florida, and Bama.
Bella_bru -- for all the years I've lived in CA; I got so tired of hearing that same old line, and from conservatives, too. I once posted a long list of the great conservative speakers, writers, and thinkers who LIVE in the blue zones of CA. Hopefully, other's might consider their yahoo joy of not going through an earthquake, and NOT having to content daily with Blue Meanies in cA.
Very interesting and insightful "about" page. A good sensible position.
Didn't feel a thing here at VAFB - 'course these buildings are pretty well reinforced.
Ah! Right around mudslide time!
lol--that is definitely more info than we need to know.
the EAS just went off on KFI....what a time to pick for a test...thanks Lee Baca!
felt it in fresno, but fresno is located no where :o)
Anyone know enough about the fault lines to say whether this could be related to the tremors at Mt. Saint Helens?
refresh my memory.......is this in anyway near where they guy said it would happen??? remember it was supposed to happen a few months ago?
Isn't that unusual? I thought that aftershocks came a day or so later than the original quake. This thing has me nervous, and I've been in many major quakes.
well, on the same faultline...but off about 300 miles.
some guy on Coast 2 Coast predicted a 6.0 in Central California for Oct. just last week!
hi, COD :O)
