The fantasy land is 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Matt needs a reality check, unfortunately I cannot assist, since that channel does not work on either of my TV's ;>)

Actually, it's Kerry who's in fantasy land about Iraq.
He is so obsessed with Vietnam that he sees everything as though he is still on the swift boat.
The insurgency is not the Viet Cong.
Kerry is stuck in the middle of the last century fighting within himself a war of conscience.
His apparent flip-flops are a transparent window into a soul racked with insecurity and doubt.
On the other hand, George W. Bush sees the war clearly and is focused on victory, not a past quagmire of will.

Thanks for reporting back to us from the front lines of television. We know you are taking one for the team by doing this, and it is appreciated.

Karen was tough without being unpleasant. She is a PRO!!!
I only wish that Ari Fleischer were back. He was a pro too. He was so pleasant and intelligent, and had that wonderfully diasarming smile. He had those reporters eating out of his hand.
He would be very helpful these past few weeks! Really!
Come back, Ari!

I have to once again compliment you on your excellent writing skills, glgb. Your reviews are always on target and it's so nice not to have to watch the morning idiots.

Lauer's litany of purported failure in Iraq included the number of US casualties, the car bombs, beheadings, and areas where elections could not be conductedHow about all the schools (with women, too) that have opened? All the hospitals, electricity etc etc etc

With people like this carrying their water, the Kerry Campaign doesn't need to spend a dime on advertising...makes any thinking person ill.

Lauer's chronic cocaine use (provided by NBC?)
makes him paranoid and egomaniac.

I flipped it on with my wife for a couple of minutes this morning and caught Matt's inquisition; IMO - Hughes used him for a 'mat.' he seemed to be wanting to cut her off after 10 seconds every time, since she not only refuted the tone of his question, but then went on to lay out why Kerry was no comparison. Guys like Matt cannot handle truth. Glad Hughes is back at it, but politics will chew you up, so I don;t know if she'll stay once the election is over. I miss Ari hammering the MSM as well.

... "living in fantasy land"...What's with fantasy land? Didn't some presstitute use that same term at the presser 43 had with Allawi? And I've seen it used since then, too. Guess the MSM got their talking points. You'd think after Rathergate the MSM would grow a brain.
Earth to shareholders: You are so screwed.
