Did he give a reason, I think I missed it somehow.

Sen. Kerry, in whom I am willing to place my trust, has demonstrated that he is courageous, sober, competent, and concerned with fighting the dangers associated with the widening socio-economic gap in this country. I will vote for him enthusiastically. Those are eat'n word, Partner.

I think all those points are debatable (obviously.) I also think it's interesting how the GOP finds elected or formerly elected Democrats that are for GWB, like Zell, or Ed Koch, and all the Dems can do is find the children of famous GOP presidents (Ron Jr, Mini me Ike) to take their side. The presidential progeny are entitled to their opinions, and they may be smart well informed people, but it's not the same as an elected democrat abandoning his party.

Did he give a reason, I think I missed it somehow. I believe it is because he finds John "fab" and "dreamy".

Is it me or is this the most fragmented article ever written?

I will vote for him enthusiastically.I wonder if this dork will be just as enthused when Bush wins the election by five or six points.

I urge everyone, Republicans and Democrats alike, to avoid voting for a ticket merely because it carries the label of the party of ones parents or of our own ingrained habits. And I urge everyone to avoid the knee-jerk reaction to living under the shadow of one's parents of showing their "independence" and "freedom" of thought, by voting like an idiot.

With the current administrations decision to invade Iraq unilaterally, however, I changed my voter registration to independent, and barring some utterly unforeseen development, I intend to vote for the Democratic Presidential candidate, Sen. John Kerry. Uh huh. Say, did you know that Kerry said on CNN's Crossfire in 1997 that the USA should unilaterally go into Iraq and take out Hussein after voting against the Gulf War, which had all the U.N. and international cooperation he said was lacking in the buildup to the Iraq war?
Boy, it must be nice to have a surname that makes people think you're really smart before you open your mouth and let the truth be known.

First Ron Reagan Jr., now John Eisenhower. Republican sons whose notoriety has faded resuscitate themselves through Bush bashing.
