President Bush has failed to protect America's borders, just like Bill Clinton failed. 14? million illegal aliens is proof of that. He is making a mockery of American immigration law, and slapping the faces of those who waited their turn and applied legally. Americans must obey the laws while illegal aliens get a free pass on Bush's watch.

Remember that we don't know everything going on, and if there was a plan to stop or at least slow this down, the President would not announce it on O'Really. The problem is bad, but using the military isn't the answer, but possibly having a military-like division in the border patrol might square with the Constitution, but I don't know for sure...

I get so sick of this being laid at Clinton and Bush's door. This problem started with Simpson/Moussouli (sp?) and has muchroomed. Before that amnesty Mexicans had no need to leave the border area to find work. They sent their money home or worked long enough to get ahead and then returned to Mexico. Now they have to go north and hide in the bigger cities they can't work near the border because no one will hire them.
