I get so sick of this being laid at Clinton and Bush's door. This problem started with Simpson/Moussouli (sp?) and has muchroomed. Before that amnesty Mexicans had no need to leave the border area to find work. They sent their money home or worked long enough to get ahead and then returned to Mexico. Now they have to go north and hide in the bigger cities they can't work near the border because no one will hire them.
I tried to research these names, but found nothing. I've never heard of them. How did Simpson/Moussouli start this mess?
