Its hard to believe that its been almost 6 years of FR. I don't know how I lived without it before that time. I don't remember if I had a different sign on name at that time.
Omegatoo, I didn't realize that you were also an "old-timer." Your little FReeplet must be gettting big now. Tell her hello for me.
Always here, just don't post anymore. Was at both Washington events. The first person I met when I got there was Joyce/Rejoice with her beret.
You're correct. Somehow I posted the user number for 'shocked.'

Billie, Deb, Bob J, Scotman, and ALL YOU OTHER WONDERFUL "old-timers"--A big hello from this gal who started her tenure with Free Republic on November 28, 1997--before registration numbers. I recall hawking the early morning papers to post the BEST of the best every morning until other duties called me away.WHAT GREAT FUN WE DID HAVE, HUH? We were like a big family--sometimes raucous,yes--but most of the time cordially spirited.
All I can reveal now is that I did my part to oust the corrupt clintons early in certain sworn (and videotaped) estimony I gave to his attorneys, but what that testimony is will have to remain sealed.
I still post from time to time--and try to read others' posts at least once a week. BobJ, please bring back your scrolling "The Democrat Party is a Criminal Enterprise." Deb, I hope you're still traveling--but do check in. Scotsman, you always held a special place in my heart. Roger, for you I always had coffee and biscuits waiting, didn't I?
My best and warmest wishes all around, and let's win one more for the Gipper November 2!!!

I fondly recall you from years past. We exchanged many posts about Bubba's corruption. Sadly, after my stroke in July, 2002, I do not recall the screen name of the Freeper who recommended I join FR. He died about four years ago in a home fire and there were rumors about a murder investigation being posted here. Please take care. May the Peace of the Lord be with you.
Checking in..... since April 1998

Click on your own name in a post and when your page comes up, click on 'In Forum'. You'll then see your 'Freeper number' at the end of the url in the address bar.
When I do that, I see your number as #56. Nice to meet another double-digit FReeper. :=)
I haven't talked to AWR for about 2 or 3 years. I can't say more about him, because I promised I wouldn't. I don't know whether you were suggesting otherwise, Sen. P, but, for the record: AWR is a different person from me, and I never posted under his screenname nor he under mine.
I haven't checked out this thread for all the oldtimers, but I noticed that Penny signed in and I'd like to send her my greetings. I also miss Rodger Schultz, Bev Specht, and Michael Gallutia.
Has anyone mentioned T'wit? He's still very active in the forum, of course.
