Bill Clinton Taking Long Walks Near Home

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Three weeks after heart bypass surgery, former President Bill Clinton (news - web sites) is taking long walks and enjoying the reception from his neighbors, his wife said Monday. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (news - web sites) said the former president, who underwent an operation Sept. 6, is "making real progress" and getting stronger every day at their home in Chappaqua.
"He and I went for long walks on Friday and Sunday," the senator said after giving a speech in White Plains. "He's walking 45 minutes to an hour."
During his strolls through town, "People are so happy to see him, they really are," Clinton said. "Little kids come up and throw their arms around him and say, `Oh, Mr. President, we're so glad you're here!'

I don't believe anything this witch says...or he says. I hope Rudy cleans her clock in 2006 so we can enjoy a respite until Bill gears up for his supreme job UN Secretary after they move Kofi off to retirement. If I ever saw Bill, I would ask him if he likes paying all those taxes.
