WE need Emergency Legislaiton making it a Federal Crime to commit voter fraud, with a MANDANTORY sentence of 5 years in Federal Prison.

I think we need some sort of system that before you vote, your SSN is run through to make sure you haven't voted anywhere else previously on election day.

If we know about this doesn't it stand to reason that the Bush campaign does as well? I would assume that massive vote fraud is not nearly as easy as it may have been in the past. Just because it is attempted does not mean it will succeed.

yes, it did. Smokes for votes scandal, college students voting multiple times, last minute rallies / bus rides and polls held open late. Among other things.

And the local (liberal) DA didn't do a damn thing about it. The only hope is if the SE wisconsin area US attorney (biskupic) makes an announcement that any voter fraud in a federal election will be investigated and prosecuted.

DemocRAT voter fraud very nearly cost us the presidency in 2000.

Blast from the past:

AP November 11, 2002: "......Wisconsin: The Bush campaign has not ruled out a demand for a recount in Wisconsin where Gore led Bush by 6,099 votes out of 2.5 million votes cast. There is no automatic recount in Wisconsin, but a candidate may request one within three business days after the last vote canvass. ...... The state Republican Party said it has received about 800 complaints of questionable polling procedures from around the state, including 600 from Milwaukee County. The GOP has asked the Milwaukee County district attorney to look into the allegations, which include voters getting two ballots or being told they had already voted. ......"

More bllast from the past:

New York Times November 14,2000 Pam Belluck "…..Milwaukee Describing Election Day problems ranging from accusations that some people voted more than once to claims that homeless people were bribed with cigarettes to vote for Democrats, Republicans said today that they were considering whether to seek a recount in Wisconsin…… In the meantime, Republicans have publicized complaints they say they have received about the voting process. The state party set up a toll- free telephone line, and Rick Graber, the chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Party, said that about 1,000 complaints had been logged, most in the Democratic stronghold of Milwaukee County, but some in Green Bay, Madison and Fond du Lac. On Friday, Mr. Graber announced that he had asked the Milwaukee County district attorney, E. Michael McCann, to investigate…….. Mr. McCann, a Democrat, said today that he was taking the accusations seriously, but that so far he had found "no evidence of massive voter fraud." He said his staff had verified that one Democratic campaign worker acting on her own bought 40 packs of cigarettes, and that she and other people distributed them to 15 to 25 homeless men as an inducement to send in absentee ballots……….. Mr. McCann said he was also investigating complaints that students at Marquette University had voted multiple times. But so far, he said, "we do not have a single name from what was widely rumored multiple voting by students."……..Mr. McCann characterized the other complaints as irregularities that probably resulted from polling stations being staffed by inexperienced people overwhelmed by heavy turnout in a state where voters can register at the polls on Election Day. ….."

The bloggers and the internet are the only hope to keep these criminals from stealing another election. (They've stolen many before).

There has got to be some way for us to do something about fraud. Maybe post lists from each state so we can analyze them? I don't know but it seems in a digital world we should be able to improve the situation pretty easily.

more than dead people voting, people voting twice, etc, I fear the vote COUNTING process. Wasn't it Stalin who said (paraphrasing) It's not the people who vote that matter, it's who gets to COUNT the votes...

How else could inner city Philadelphia post more votes than registered voters as I understand occurred in 2000?

As for the administration being aware and watching, that didn't stop massive fraud with the Indian Reservation voting in SD in 2002. Thune was well ahead when all but the reservations had reported...

Ive stated in an earlier thread regarding leftist death threats against the president that any attempt on his life should be considered (by us) an act of war and retaliation justified. I also believe that any attempt to "overthrow" the "peoples will" through vote fraud should be considered an act of War as well. Retaliation for the act of undermining the republic should be at least as swift as a direct attack against our nation by a foreign country.

Who is the enemy? Who do we retaliate against? The answer is easy. ALL leftists in the media, politics and academics. If we can identify the individuals responsible for carrying out the acts we should retaliate against them as well. The retaliation will need to come from us, the citizens of this nation and it must be harsh.

The "war on terror" offers an example of what the war on collectivism (tyranny) will look like, except it will be fought here at home. We have no country to attack or standing army obliterate, instead we must wage war against an ideology and a mindset.

We must take out their leaders and destroy their infrastructure for command and control. This means the leftists in the media, academics and politics. For WAY to long they have fought this war against the people of the US without fear of reprisal's and harm. This MUST change!

If they attempt an "overthrow" of this republic it is our DUTY to fight (by any means necessary) and regain the will of the people for the government of the people.

This is NO joke here guys, vote fraud on the scale they will attempt this year is equivalent to the attack on Pearl harbor or the atrocities of September 11, 2001. It must be met with an effective and overwhelming use of force (whatever the most effective "force" may be)

An ideology or group of people that will resort to vote fraud is capable and willing to resort to anything to retain power over the citizens of a nation. Are we to be lambs to the slaughter or the sword of retaliation and justice? Will we fight or will we be slaves?

"Didn't voter fraud make a big difference in Milwaukee in 2000?"

We should also look at Chicago, home of Bill Daley, 'Spotted Al' Gore's campaign manager. Chicago politicians have a reputation for performing miracles. They can even raise the dead.

You don't believe me? Just examine Chicago and Cook County, Illios election records. Those dead people are so greatful for being resurrected, the first thing they do is go to the polls and vote for democrat candidates from the Daley political machine.

It has been reported in the mainstream press that the Kerry campaign has already prepared lawsuits in 10 to 15 states, ready to file in the event Kerry loses. Indeed, lawsuits have already been started in some states.
