I think most of us understand what his real plan is versus his flip flopping rhetoric. American's understand why he has taken so many positions on the Iraq and GWOT issue, because at some point in the future whether elected or not he can point back and say SEE, I said that would happen or we should've done this or that.
From what I've gathered here is Kerry's real 4 point plan...
1. Cut and run from Iraq [bring troops hom starting in January] and pretend the UN and Europeans are going to help Iraq instead of raping it again.
2. Throw Iraq into civil war to try and keep the terrorist busy and give them time to regroup and be a haven for terrorism like Afghanistan was previously.
3. Bring the Global War On Terror to the US Homeland in order to be able to persue them through the US legal system versus having the US military fighting them at their last stand in Iraq.
4. Allow the Europeans and the UN have first approval of our policies involving fighting terrorism both in the World and in the US Homeland...

I guess Kerry hasn't heard Al Qaeda is active in Iraq. Who's dropping the ball in the war on terror? Certainly not President Bush.

Kerry says threat of terrorism is exaggerated

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts said during last night's Democratic presidential debate that the threat of terrorism has been exaggerated.
"I think there has been an exaggeration," Mr. Kerry said when asked whether President Bush has overstated the threat of terrorism. "They are misleading all Americans in a profound way."
The front-runner for the Democratic nomination said he would engage other nations in a more cooperative fashion to quell terrorism.
"This administration's arrogant and ideological policy is taking America down a more dangerous path," Mr. Kerry said. "I will make America safer than they are."
That's terrific, LOL...
That is exactly how I see Kerry's inept plan... Let Beslan be a cruel reminder that we must never relent, we must never waiver, we must never fail in taking the fight to the terrorist wherever they are. The very lives and future of our children depend on us at this crucial time in history any thing under the John Kerry plan is against the very core of the Constitution which gurantees freedom and liberty to our children. Let us not go down in history as the genration that failed posterity.
Kerry is wrong for America and wrong for Massachusetts.
His left sided views of how foreign and domestic policies should be are closely aligned with communisms' agenda and his total hatred for America is becoming more and more obvious. He will say anything to get elected and then turn around the next day and say something completely opposite of that. He is not a leader, nor is he even a follower of what America stands for.
I'm not saying Bush is making all the right moves either. But at least he is a leader.

Yet you call the war in Iraq a mistake.
How do you ask an ally to send troops for a MISTAKE?
Those weren't balls he was dropping ya dork. They were MOABs. And speaking of balls, President Bush can throw a football without looking like a snarky dork and a sissy at the same time.
If some people don't feel safer, it's because they are basing their conclusions on fear, rather than facts.

He says Iraq is not the war on terror, right after having said that terrorists are pouring over the borders into Iraq. The only thing consistent about Kerry is his inconsistency.
One of the more ridiculous statements I've read has been one that says that America isn't safer, using attacks in other countries as proof.

Kerry's minions were saying Alawii was a PUPPET of President Bush .. while the real truth is that Kerry would be the puppet of the ultra liberals of Europe, as well as the UN.
And .. while Kerry keeps saying Iraq has become a magnet .. I believe THAT WAS EXACTLY THE "PLAN" .. the plan to DRAW THE ENEMY DOWN.
Actually, that's a scriptural principal. GOD made the statement, "I'm going to put a hook in your jaw and draw you down".
I believe that has been accomplished!! But .. of course .. the media is too blind to see it.
I went and did it again. I spent 15 minutes typing up a post for this thread and again realized that I can't post it for fear that the Secret Service would be at my door in the morning.
