When the silly motor voter law was foisted on us, there was a BIG upswing in voter registrations in my region. But after election analysis showed they didn't vote. The number of people voting increased very slightly in line with the population growth.
Dems registered 300,000 new voters just in my state, Ohio. Even if some of them show up Kerry will win. Class warfare,(tax cuts for the rich), race baiting (mentioning Jim Crow laws) and misery pandering (job outsourcing, health care cost crisis) are working.
